Responsibilities
- Drive store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
- Lead and develop your team to deliver stellar performance
- Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough calls when needed
- Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance like a pro
- Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching
- Jump in to support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
- Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires
- Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and expect the same from your team
- Communicate seamlessly with your Alliance Mobile community
- Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
- Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
- Comfort with technology—computers, wireless devices, and more
- Education: High School diploma or higher
