Job Description

Alliance Mobile is seeking a Wireless Retail Store Manager in The Villages, FL (onsite) to lead a sales team, coach staff, and drive store profitability in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Responsibilities

Boost store profits and meet sales targets through strategic leadership
Coach and develop the team to sustain high performance
Hire, guide, and manage staff, including difficult staffing decisions when necessary
Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
Model best practices through hands-on coaching and role-plays
Support transactions and deliver memorable customer experiences
Partner with trainers to onboard and train new hires
Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the team does the same
Maintain clear, open communication within the Alliance Mobile community
Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Carry out hands-on tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds when required

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver top-tier customer service
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices
