Job Description
Kris Lindahl Real Estate is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-growth real estate sales organization in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities
- Act as a hands‑on coach rather than a passive manager focused on metrics.
- Work side by side with agents to review pipelines, audit CRMs, listen to calls, and identify immediate improvements.
- Establish and enforce performance standards that inspire pride in meeting them.
- Foster high energy, team cohesion, and a culture where teammates arrive early and stay engaged.
- Recruit and retain top real estate agents.
- Develop elite performance standards and uphold them consistently.
- Maintain a rapid pace of personal development and self-improvement.
- Teach agents how to convert leads rather than how to generate them.
- Own the numbers and anticipate team needs to steer action before moments pass.
- Lead one of the most aggressive, high-growth real estate sales organizations with direct collaboration with leadership.
- Quickly identify gaps in the sales process and coach agents to close them.
- Regularly review pipelines and CRMs and coach on objections to improve conversion.
