PowCo Roofing is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team in Bozeman, MT on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through training, coaching, organization, accountability, and execution of the sales process, while leading by example in the field and maintaining mastery of all sales systems.

Job Summary

PowCo Roofing seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the team in a leadership capacity aimed at profitable revenue growth. The role centers on training, coaching, organization, accountability, and execution of the sales team, with an expectation to lead by example in the field and maintain mastery of all sales systems. This position is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute office-generated leads to team members based on capacity
  • Establish, assign, and manage sales territories
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training to highlight features and benefits of our products
  • Monitor lead follow-up activity and conversion timelines
  • Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales targets
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all lead activity
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Manage your schedule and coordinate appointments with homeowners, insurance adjusters, business owners, and contractors; ensure punctuality

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to walk on tall or steep roofs
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Proficiency with smartphones and photos
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Driver's License required
  • Ability to travel for client meetings
