Job Description

Kris Lindahl Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performance real estate sales team in Cedar Rapids with on-site work. You will work directly with Kris Lindahl to own the numbers and drive rapid, high-growth performance by coaching agents, scaling online lead conversions, and shaping an elite sales culture. The position offers an annual salary range of USD 150,000 to 300,000.

Key responsibilities and requirements are outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching by working alongside agents, reviewing pipelines, auditing CRMs, listening to calls, and identifying changes on the spot.
  • Quickly identify gaps in the sales process and coach agents on overcoming objections that have hindered conversions.
  • Establish and uphold rigorous standards, and inspire pride in meeting them.
  • Act as a galvanizer, boosting energy, building community, promoting punctuality, drawing out greatness, and pushing hard because you care.
  • Recruit and retain top performers, implement strong standards, and enforce them consistently.
  • Model continuous personal development and expect the same commitment from the team.
  • Bring proven lead conversion experience at scale and teach agents how to convert online leads rather than only generating leads.
  • Work directly with Kris Lindahl to build and lead a fast-growing, assertive real estate sales organization.
  • Own the numbers, set benchmarks, anticipate shifts, and guide the team proactively before opportunities pass.
  • Recruit, train, and coach agents; conduct difficult conversations; and drive sustained performance improvements.
  • Demonstrate a track record of recruiting, training, and coaching agents through challenging deals to uplift the team.
