Job Description

Join Kris Lindahl Real Estate as an on-site Sales Manager in Bismarck, ND. Lead a high-growth, lead-conversion focused sales team with hands-on coaching, pipeline oversight, and CRM audits, reporting directly to Kris Lindahl. This role offers a competitive annual salary of USD 150,000 to 300,000, plus a benefits package that includes 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off. Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching by working alongside agents, reviewing pipelines, auditing CRMs, listening to calls, and quickly identifying improvements.
  • Spot sales process gaps within minutes and implement effective fixes.
  • Coach agents on overcoming objections that hinder conversions.
  • Establish, uphold, and model high standards that motivate the team to excel.
  • Serve as a galvanizing force who elevates energy and morale in the room.
  • Foster community and cultivate a culture where team members show up early to seize opportunities.
  • Uncover latent potential in agents and help them realize it.
  • Demonstrate strong recruiting, retention, and talent-development capabilities.
  • Build and enforce elite-performance standards with unapologetic consistency.
  • Model relentless personal development and expect the same commitment from the team.
  • Teach agents how to convert and advance deals through the pipeline.
  • Recruit, train, and coach agents; guide them through challenging deals; have tough, necessary conversations.
  • Collaborate directly with the principal leader to drive one of the industry’s most aggressive, high-growth real estate sales organizations.
  • Own the numbers, set the standards, and anticipate room dynamics to move the team before momentums shift.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of real estate markets and sales processes.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading lead conversion at scale.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and coach real estate agents.
  • Experience managing pipelines and coaching to improve conversion rates.
  • Real estate sales experience: 3 years or more (Required).
  • Ability to commute to Saint Paul, MN 55113 (Required).
  • Open to relocation to Saint Paul, MN 55113 (Preferred).
