Sales Manager
Job Description
Kris Lindahl Real Estate is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-growth sales organization in Madison, WI (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Work side by side with agents to review pipelines, audit CRM data, listen to calls, and quickly identify changes needed.
- Identify gaps in the sales process within minutes and implement improvements.
- Coach agents on handling objections that have reduced conversions.
- Set, uphold, and inspire pride in the standards that drive elite performance.
- Lift team energy, foster community, and cultivate a culture of punctual, enthusiastic participation.
- Recruit real estate agents to join the team.
- Retain top-performing agents through ongoing development and support.
- Establish and enforce high-performance standards without compromise.
- Model continuous personal development and drive it across the team.
- Anticipate team dynamics and steer the group before opportunities pass.
- Own the numbers and set benchmarks for success.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and practices.
- Proven ability to convert online leads at scale.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding a sales team.
- Experience leading high-volume lead conversion initiatives.
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience.
- Experience recruiting agents.
- Experience training agents.
- Coaching agents through challenging transactions.
- Comfortable having hard conversations with team members.
- CRM experience with the ability to audit and optimize CRM usage.
- Action-oriented with the ability to make quick, decisive decisions.
- Willing to work directly with the founder without layers of management.
- Ability to commute to Saint Paul, MN 55113 (Required).
- Relocation to Saint Paul, MN 55113 before starting work is preferred.
- Work location: In person, with onsite duties in Madison, WI.
Compensation
- Salary: USD 150,000 - 300,000 per year
