Job Description

Remote Sales Manager role based in the Greater Miami area, overseeing Sales Executives and covering the Central and North Florida region.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to build a productive team aligned with company goals and joint initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership, effective communication, and cross functional collaboration with various departments and support functions.
  • Manage sales coverage for the Central and North Florida region.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of insurance experience as an individual contributor, with P&C preferred.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Commercial Auto lines experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance operations including underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to manipulate, segment, and interpret data using spreadsheets.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Critical thinking and logical problem solving abilities.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
  • This is a remote role based in the Greater Miami area with regular travel within the region.
