Sales Manager for a showroom and inside sales role in Saint George, UT, onsite, with a monthly salary range of USD 3,500 to 7,000, focused on luxury wellness and home products.

Responsibilities

• Close in-person sales of premium massage chairs while also managing phone and online sales for home furnishings such as mattresses, adjustable bases, and bedroom sets.
• Operate the e‑commerce backend and inventory systems with speed and accuracy; strong computer literacy is required.
• Maintain an immaculate showroom, ensuring all display models are functional and showroom-ready for customers.
• Provide remote consultations for online customers, using product expertise to close high‑ticket furniture orders over the phone.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery scheduling for local and national shipments.

Requirements

• Advanced computer proficiency with the ability to multitask across software platforms, manage professional email, and utilize modern sales tools.
• Experience in high‑ticket retail (mattresses, furniture, or wellness tech) with a proven track record of meeting quotas in both face‑to‑face and phone‑based environments.
• Self‑starter who can represent the brand with sophistication in the St. George market without heavy supervision.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical specifications, from the mechanics of a 4D massage chair to the benefits of a luxury hybrid mattress.
