Job Description

ADP is seeking an Enterprise Client Sales Manager in Westerville, OH (onsite) to sell cloud-based HR solutions to large prospects (1,000-3,000 employees), with a salary range of USD 68,400 - 148,100 per year and a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the business within your geography by closing deals, winning new business, and meeting sales goals, working both independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute a sales strategy aimed at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and secure new clients.
  • Grow wallet share within existing accounts by selling additional ADP solutions and fostering lasting partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards under pressure.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of sales experience with a proven record of closing, winning clients, and territory management; proven ability to sell complex solutions and prospect at the Executive level; strong discovery skills; success in a team-selling environment.
  • Strong, persuasive communicator with demonstrated CRM proficiency.
  • Results-oriented professional with a solid work ethic, motivation, and leadership abilities.
