Job Description

The E-Commerce Marketing and Sales Manager at MANIJU USA, Inc. oversees the e-commerce strategy across B2B and B2C channels, directing digital campaigns, content creation, and key account management with a focus on product presentation and inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare merchandise for photo shoots and product presentations, ensuring garments are steamed, pressed, and presentation-ready.
  • Oversee sample inventory management, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and processing returns.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Lead the e commerce marketing and sales strategy for both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts, handle high level inquiries, and resolve client issues.
  • Coordinate follow-up on orders from tradeshows, online platforms, email, and phone.
  • Ensure product information, visuals, and listings remain up-to-date and brand-consistent.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in e commerce, fashion marketing, or B2B sales, with a preference for wholesale fashion.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proven experience with Photoshop, product photography, and coordinating photo editing.
  • Extensive understanding of fashion terminology, trends, and seasonal marketing cycles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, online sales platforms, and social media marketing tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
