Job Description

The E-Commerce Marketing and Sales Manager at MANIJU USA, Inc. oversees the e-commerce strategy across B2B and B2C channels, directing digital campaigns, content creation, and key account management with a focus on product presentation and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Prepare merchandise for photo shoots and product presentations, ensuring garments are steamed, pressed, and presentation-ready.
Oversee sample inventory management, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and processing returns.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, and optimize the sales funnel.
Lead the e commerce marketing and sales strategy for both B2B and B2C channels.
Maintain relationships with key accounts, handle high level inquiries, and resolve client issues.
Coordinate follow-up on orders from tradeshows, online platforms, email, and phone.
Ensure product information, visuals, and listings remain up-to-date and brand-consistent.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in e commerce, fashion marketing, or B2B sales, with a preference for wholesale fashion.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proven experience with Photoshop, product photography, and coordinating photo editing.
Extensive understanding of fashion terminology, trends, and seasonal marketing cycles.
Familiarity with ERP systems, online sales platforms, and social media marketing tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
