Vertiv offers a structured, onsite opportunity in Columbus, OH designed for recent graduates to build foundational sales skills. The program delivers a year of inside sales training followed by rotational assignments that expose you to multiple selling motions, with placement into a sales role upon successful completion.

Responsibilities
- Develop expertise across Vertiv’s solution portfolio, including AC power, Thermal products, and services
- Assist with approvals for customization of Vertiv products and solutions
- Participate in inbound and outbound calls to customers to determine and discuss needs
- Respond to Requests for Proposal from customers and prospects
- Interact with Sales Leaders on a regular basis
- Work with sales tools such as product configurators, proposal development tools, and MS Power BI
- Travel to Field Sales offices and support customer-facing meetings
- Partner with Sales Leaders focusing on vertical industries including Healthcare, Retail, Education, Finance, and Government
- Conduct presentations and training sessions with colleagues and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Strong written and presentation communication skills
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and implement process solutions with measurable results
- Adaptable with a desire to learn and advance
