Job Description

AGSE Global Services LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion of maintenance and repair services for Ground Support Equipment to North American airlines, maintenance organizations, and OEMs. This hybrid role in Fort Worth, with regular travel, sits at the intersection of strategic account development and hands-on sales execution within a global aviation maintenance business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain new and existing customer relationships
  • Drive new business development
  • Generate sales with both new and existing clients
  • Design and implement customer engagement plans and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Manage the sales process from enquiry through RFP/RFQ to order intake and post-sales support
  • Contribute to strategy creation and execution
  • Plan and develop sales forecasts
  • Support contract negotiations and terms discussions
  • Represent the company at trade shows within the region and, at times, globally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a related field, preferred in business, engineering or a technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or industry
  • Understanding of Ground Support Equipment in its form and function
  • Demonstrable B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to convey external customer requirements to internal teams
  • Ability to recommend maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Travel up to 50% across North America
  • Conscientious and self-motivated to deliver high quality and results
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Bi-lingual Spanish

About the role

This is a full-time, results-driven position focused on marketing and selling maintenance and repair services for Ground Support Equipment to North American airlines, maintenance organizations, and OEMs that support our USA-based service centers. The role requires regular visits to new and existing customers, active participation in sales strategy execution, maintaining current accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities within the designated territory.

We specialize in airframe tooling, engine tooling, engine stands, and ground support equipment, offering planned maintenance, repairs, tool upgrades, calibration, and testing. Our team includes workshop and field technicians supporting customers at airlines, MROs, and engine/aircraft OEMs. Our facilities span the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East.

Location and travel

Location: Hybrid remote work in Fort Worth, TX 76177 is highly preferred.

Willingness to travel: Up to 50% of the time, across North America.

Coverage area: Regions include Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Oklahoma where applicable.

Compensation

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 per year. Base pay plus bonus opportunities.
