Job Description

The Sales Manager role in an automotive group emphasizes building a top tier sales team, coordinating financing with banks, and driving revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and lead a high performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Lead deal structuring and present financing options, coordinating with banks and lenders to secure approvals
  • Support the team in customer interactions, negotiations, and closing opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales performance, then implement strategies to improve results
  • Cultivate a customer focused sales culture that strengthens the dealership’s reputation
  • Stay informed on industry trends, financing products, and best practices to guide decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience as a Sales Manager or successful Sales Consultant
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven track record in automotive sales with demonstrated success
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Expertise in structuring deals and securing financing approvals
  • Ability to engage with customers and drive a positive sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
  • Completion of the Prevue Assessment is required to be considered for this position

Experience

  • 5 years in a Sales Manager or Successful Sales Consultant role

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's license (valid)
