Responsibilities
- Build, train, and lead a high performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
- Lead deal structuring and present financing options, coordinating with banks and lenders to secure approvals
- Support the team in customer interactions, negotiations, and closing opportunities
- Track and analyze sales performance, then implement strategies to improve results
- Cultivate a customer focused sales culture that strengthens the dealership’s reputation
- Stay informed on industry trends, financing products, and best practices to guide decisions
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience as a Sales Manager or successful Sales Consultant
- Valid driver's license
- Proven track record in automotive sales with demonstrated success
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in structuring deals and securing financing approvals
- Ability to engage with customers and drive a positive sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving abilities
- Completion of the Prevue Assessment is required to be considered for this position
Experience
- 5 years in a Sales Manager or Successful Sales Consultant role
