Job Description

West Bend Harley-Davidson in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s sales operations. The role centers on growing motorcycle, financing and insurance (F&I), and accessory sales while coaching and developing the sales team to deliver strong customer experiences. This onsite leadership position requires a proven ability to drive results in a retail motorcycle environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
  • Drive motorcycle, F&I, and accessory sales performance
  • Create and execute sales strategies to exceed dealership goals
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and dealership culture
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales processes
  • Train and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Management experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement required

Pay

USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year

Experience

  • Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)
  • H-D Sales Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

  • Motorcycle License (Required)
  • WI Sales License (Preferred)
