Sales Development Representatives - Channel Distribution
Job Description
The Sales Development Representative for Channel Distribution at Vizrt drives pipeline creation and demand generation within the Channel Territory for the TriCaster portfolio, coordinating with distributor partners and their reseller networks to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate sell-through revenue.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated pipeline development resource aligned with the distributor, acting as an integrated extension of the distributor’s sales and marketing team.
- Lead sales development efforts to expand demand and generate qualified opportunities within Vizrt’s Channel Territory for the TriCaster portfolio, in collaboration with the distributor and their channel resellers.
- Partner closely with the distributor’s inside sales, field sales, and marketing teams to stimulate end-customer demand, activate the reseller network, and maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the distributor.
- Ensure TriCaster related demand generation activities are coordinated, scalable, and aligned with the distributor’s sales motion across the reseller ecosystem to accelerate sell-through revenue and strengthen partner engagement.
- Collaborate with distributor teams and Vizrt resources such as technical sales, solution advisory, and solution marketing to support opportunity development and position partners for success.
Requirements
- Act as a dedicated SDR aligned to the distributor, focused on generating qualified pipeline opportunities within Vizrt’s Channel Territory for the distributor.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities associated with the extended TriCaster portfolio in the assigned territory.
- Identify, research, and engage target end-customer organizations that align with Vizrt’s Channel Territory and the distributor’s focus segments.
- Collaborate with the distributor and their channel resellers to uncover opportunities within installed bases and prospective accounts.
- Support outbound prospecting initiatives coordinated with the distributor and reseller partners.
- Engage directly with the distributor’s reseller partners to stimulate demand and uncover new opportunities.
- Help activate the distributor’s reseller ecosystem by supporting prospecting programs and targeted campaigns.
- Work with the distributor to prioritize strategic reseller partners and target accounts.
- Identify opportunities to introduce TriCaster solutions into new organizations and existing accounts served by the distributor’s partners in Vizrt’s Channel Territory.
- Proactively engage end-customers in collaboration with the distributor to generate interest, validate market demand, and uncover opportunities for resellers.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website inquiries, and distributor or reseller referrals.
- Conduct structured discovery to assess opportunity potential and alignment with the TriCaster portfolio.
- Qualify leads using established frameworks (such as BANT) before routing to the distributor and appropriate reseller partners.
- Ensure all qualified opportunities align with the distributor’s sales motion and support demand generation programs in coordination with distributor marketing initiatives.
- Assist in executing outreach sequences aligned with distributor marketing activities and reseller programs.
- Collaborate with distributor and Vizrt marketing teams to support webinars, events, and targeted vertical campaigns.
- Help activate reseller participation in marketing initiatives designed to drive demand for TriCaster solutions.
- Provide insights from prospect and end-customer interactions to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Nurture early-stage opportunities until they are ready for active pursuit by the distributor and their reseller partners.
- Ensure smooth transitions of qualified opportunities to the appropriate distributor or reseller sales teams.
- Support early-stage opportunity progression through coordination with the distributor and relevant Vizrt internal resources.
- Contribute to a consistent sell-through pipeline and revenue growth through the distributor’s channel ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, leads, and opportunity progress in the CRM system, and route leads correctly to the distributor and/or relevant resellers.
- Collaborate with the distributor to monitor reseller engagement and progression of opportunities, providing visibility into pipeline development and market activities.
