Job Description

Onsite sales role in Albuquerque, NM focused on driving growth as a Sales Development Representative with Camping World.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects from initial contact through post sale support.
  • Create a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting to generate opportunities for the sales team.
  • Generate appointments and drive activity targets using outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Communicate with prospective customers to understand needs and provide information about RV products and services.
  • Utilize scripted talking points for initiating and handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the goal of scheduling sales appointments.
  • Record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data to support follow-up and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions to align outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate with marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Regularly track personal performance metrics such as appointments, calls, sales, and customer engagements.
  • Be receptive to coaching and collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to improve outcomes.
  • Support customer satisfaction and contribute to online reputation management across review sites and social media.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure a seamless progression from first contact to sale.
  • VinSolutions experience is a huge plus.

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results driven with motivation for sales.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities.
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet goals.
  • Ability to multi-task with solid organizational skills.
  • Prior CRM experience and high computer proficiency.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: USD 35,000 - 55,000 per year

Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay plus any variable compensation earned) is $35,000.
