Neurosurgery Sales Manager

RAUMEDIC Inc. is expanding its neuroscience portfolio and seeks a Neurosurgery Sales Manager to lead the US clinic-focused territory from Mills River, North Carolina. This role blends strategic sales execution with hands-on distributor enablement, clinical education program development, and active market feedback collection, all while coordinating product demonstrations and congress participation. A heavy travel cadence and cross-functional collaboration are essential components of success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Realize the local territory Clinic US business plan including specific revenue and market share targets.
• Train and provide resource management support for distributors across their sales territories.
• Plan, conduct and monitor RAUMEDIC Inc. Team Clinic product demos, expanding and duplicating existing product training and clinical education programs with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administration.
• Attend RAUMEDIC supported US congresses and international workshops.
• Collect and validate market feedback to drive continuous improvement of existing programs and inform development of new competitive product offerings for the US market.
• Support forecasting efforts and monitor product stock levels as requested.
• Support US-based customer service and logistics with product training as needed.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in science, business or any relevant engineering specialty.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position or 5+ years as an ICU nurse or technician.
• Relevant clinical experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. A formal medical education is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel intensively throughout the territory and the entire US over 80% of the time.

Pay

Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 per year
