Job Overview
We seek a professional account executive to drive expansion and strengthen our market position. The role emphasizes opportunity identification, client relationship management, and data‑driven decision making to achieve our growth objectives in the plastic injection molding sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through market research and professional networking
- Represent the organization to prospective clients, manage trade show booths, and conduct facility tours
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead sales negotiations to secure agreements that align with company goals
- Collaborate with the business development team to design campaigns that generate leads and raise brand awareness
- Oversee CRM software to log prospects, track sales activity, and capture client interactions
- Coordinate project management activities to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience
- Plastic injection molding sales experience: 1 year (Required)
- Experience with manufacturing in general; experience in plastic injection molding is preferred
- CRM software proficiency for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and project management
- Ability and motivation to identify opportunities, build relationships, and represent the company to prospective customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional yet personable demeanor with minimal reliance on high-pressure sales rhetoric
- Ability to gather and analyze data, prepare quotations, and present thorough proposals
- Organized, resourceful, self-motivated problem-solver who works with limited supervision
