Job Description

The Business Development Manager will expand Pringle Robotics' market reach, build new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth across multiple sectors.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid)

Salary: USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year

Minimum experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across priority industries and close deals.
  • Cultivate durable client relationships through proactive communication and solution‑driven selling.
  • Collaborate with the CSO to define and monitor sales targets, keeping CRM data accurate and forecasting current.
  • Develop and present proposals that demonstrate ROI and operational impact.
  • Represent Pringle Robotics at trade shows, conferences, and community events to generate interest.
  • Align with Customer Success and Technical teams to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to refine strategy.
  • Share insights and opportunities for growth during regular team updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a strategic sales professional, ideally in technology, SaaS, automation, or hospitality.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with proficiency in cold outreach and lead generation through digital and community channels.
  • Comfort managing multiple relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Clear communicator who listens to client needs and delivers impactful solutions.
  • Self‑driven, resilient, and results‑oriented with a genuine passion for innovation.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to expand reach, develop new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue across multiple markets. You will engage with decision makers across industries such as restaurants, hotels, senior living communities, schools, gyms, hospitals, country clubs, and stadiums to demonstrate how robotics can boost efficiency and service. Collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer ensures growth strategies, progress reporting, and client experiences aligned with Pringle’s standards.

Your Day to Day

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key industries.
