Job Description
JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Travel Strategy group in New York invites a highly strategic leader to guide high-priority initiatives across growth, product launches, market entry, and cross‑line collaborations. This onsite role partners with senior leadership and diverse functional teams, while also contributing to CEO‑level communications with limited oversight, shaping the future of travel strategy within a premier financial services franchise.
Responsibilities
- Set and refine the strategic priorities for Chase Travel as a trusted advisor to the Travel Leadership team and other senior leaders.
- Collaborate across lines of business and functions such as data science, finance, product, and marketing to align on key initiatives.
- Define and structure projects that yield high impact for the organization.
- Lead and partner with cross‑functional teams to execute programs, identify issues, design solutions, and quantify potential business impact.
- Prepare and deliver CEO‑level executive communications with limited oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, FinTech startups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital, strategic finance, or related roles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams.
- Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across levels without direct resource control.
- High initiative, a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals, and entrepreneurial leadership.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to rapidly develop subject matter expertise in new areas.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Open, collaborative, team‑oriented operating style.

Compensation
- Base salary range: USD 142,500 – USD 210,000 per year, determined by role, experience, skill set, and location.
- Commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded for individual achievements and contributions.
