Job Description

The Territory Manager – Wholesale and Business Development role at Cavazos LLC is a bilingual, on-site position focused on expanding the company's wholesale footprint in the Houston area by developing new accounts, strategic partnerships, and distribution opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish new wholesale accounts and business partnerships
  • Nurture relationships with restaurants, coffee shops, retailers, wellness brands, spas, gyms, apartment communities, hotels, and distributors
  • Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and sampling opportunities
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Represent the company at networking and community events
  • Discover new growth opportunities and expansion avenues
  • Maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to support business growth

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Existing relationships within restaurants, hospitality, retail, wellness, food service, or distribution industries are highly valued
  • Experience in outside sales, hospitality, beverage, food service, retail, wholesale, or business development is preferred
