Sr Sales Manager - Action Line
Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the action line at Hilton Grand Vacations, guiding the sales team through coaching, training, and process optimization to drive Net Owner Growth and improve the customer experience. This role emphasizes building a strong training cadence, reinforcing the branded culture, and collaborating across functions to achieve better business results.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales management, senior leadership, and contracted vendors to integrate all sales philosophies, strategies, and tools into the sales process to maximize Net Owner Growth.
- Mentor and train sales team members to elevate performance, including one-on-one coaching.
- Deliver classroom-based training modules to enhance team capabilities.
- Provide development opportunities through ride-alongs, role playing, and ongoing mentorship.
- Develop and distribute study materials in written, video, and audio formats.
- Facilitate the use of innovative training systems and methods to optimize sales efficiencies and exceed quarterly net sales targets.
- Promote and support the branded company culture, including core values, compliance, and professional excellence.
- Manage the sales line through standard management processes such as leadership tasking, floor governance, and one-on-one counseling.
- Foster a highly capable sales workforce and a positive workplace through daily management and effective floor processes.
- Provide ongoing group and individual training, and plan and facilitate morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers.
- Improve business results, customer experience, efficiencies, and growth of cash down payments at the point of sale.
- Support the DOS/Sr Sales Manager in leading the floor and serving as the primary point person for customer expectations and issues for the in-house and action line of the Domestic sales team.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management based on business needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of branded timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience
- 3+ years of branded timeshare or vacation ownership sales management experience
- Consistent track record of success in sales within the timeshare or vacation ownership industry, including VPGs and closing percentages
- Ability to coordinate high activity levels under varied conditions with strong organizational and process-oriented experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other computer-based systems
- Proven ability to create and maintain a highly engaged and positive culture
- High energy level with the ability to inspire, influence, and lead teams effectively
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years related experience
- 4+ years leadership experience
