You will build and maintain productive relationships with independent agency partners to drive production, improve loss performance, and expand our market presence. As a strategic field resource, you will align agency objectives with company goals while promoting underwriting discipline and member-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable premium growth, agency development, and territory performance within the Central Indiana area.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with independent agency partners to boost production, improve loss performance, and expand market presence.
- Serve as a strategic field resource, aligning agency objectives with company goals while promoting underwriting discipline and member-focused solutions.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of three years in insurance sales, underwriting, or agency management, including experience with independent agency distribution
- Solid knowledge of Commercial and/or Farm Lines products and underwriting fundamentals
- Demonstrated sales planning and territory management experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems, rating platforms, and standard business software tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
