Job Description

Dynamic business development role to grow accounts and coordinate large scale sports facility projects for stadiums, arenas, colleges and universities nationwide from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with targeted clients
  • Oversee all phases of sports facility projects, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with client specifications and deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to maintain clear communication across project stages
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and construction management software to develop detailed project estimates and allocate resources (experience desirable)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple initiatives with strong time management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development, construction management, or project coordination for infrastructure projects
  • Background in construction projects with solid blueprint reading and schematic interpretation preferred; minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Hands-on use of Salesforce CRM in client development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills

Sports Venue Padding, a leading manufacturer of sports protective padding, seeks a driven Business Development Professional to engage sports stadiums and arenas, as well as colleges and universities nationwide. The role offers an opportunity to lead and coordinate large scale sports facility projects from inception through completion, applying expertise in account development, construction management, and project coordination to deliver successful infrastructure programs.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $55,000 per year, plus a competitive commission and bonus plan
