Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residential and commercial clients to assess needs and present tailored solutions
- Perform site visits and provide professional consultations
- Prepare estimates and formal proposals
- Persistently follow up on each opportunity to secure a definite decision
- Close profitable projects and collect required deposits
- Maintain the sales pipeline within the LMN CRM system
- Cultivate relationships that yield referrals and repeat business
