Job Description

Weekend-focused Business Development Representative covering the Southwest Florida market, responsible for establishing referral partnerships with healthcare providers in Sarasota and Naples and driving new patient volume through territory development. The role involves extensive travel (up to 80%), in-person visits, and a Saturday-Sunday work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers within the assigned territory
  • Implement territory sales strategies and marketing plans to foster referral growth
  • Conduct professional outreach and deliver sales presentations to targeted customers
  • Develop and nurture connections with hospitals, emergency departments, urgent care centers, primary care offices, and other referral sources
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, case managers, office managers, providers, and other key contacts
  • Tailor messaging and approach based on audience, setting, and relationship
  • Maintain a consistent territory schedule with regular in-person visits and follow-up
  • Accurately track outreach activities, touchpoints, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Monitor territory performance against goals and adjust efforts as needed
  • Represent RejuvenX professionally and articulate services clearly and confidently
  • Educate referral sources on how RejuvenX supports motor vehicle accident patients through personal injury, chiropractic, and pain management care
  • Collaborate with leadership to support business development goals and market growth

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and employ consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Capability to manage a full territory schedule and adapt to changing priorities
  • Confidence in requesting business in a professional and respectful manner
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and accountability
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read a room and adjust communication style
  • Adaptability across different territories, markets, and personality types
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Comfort with extensive travel throughout the assigned territory

Work Environment

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the assigned territory, with frequent in-person visits and proactive outreach within the Southwest Florida market. Travel may encompass Sarasota, Naples, and nearby areas depending on business needs and referral opportunities. Overall travel can reach up to 80 percent of scheduled workdays.
