Responsibilities

Make 30+ outbound calls a day to warm leads
Walk merchants through a quick phone demo and get them started on their free trial
Keep your pipeline full so the commission checks keep coming
Track everything in HubSpot and own your numbers

Requirements

Hungry. Coachable. Thick-skinned.
Some phone or sales experience is great — but the right attitude matters more
Comfortable making a lot of calls and hearing no sometimes
Organized enough to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus

What you're selling

The Money

$25/hour base — you're covered while you build
Once merchants complete their free trial, you earn a significant one-time commission per close
With a full pipeline, you can expect $3,000–$6,000 in monthly commissions on top of the base
The first 60 days are a build period; after that, earnings begin
