Sales Development Representative role based in Shelton, CT with hybrid work arrangement.

Leverage SalesForce to assess current pipeline of advisors
Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls
Book on average 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates
Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brain storming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks

Communication Skills – Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Player – Must actively contribute to the SDR team objectives, while collaborating with your teammates to improve the sales process

Interest in Saas sales required

Salary + Commission
Overall Target Compensation: $51,000 - $55,000
