Responsibilities

Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel performance and market trends to craft business plans and marketing initiatives that generate demand and meet sales goals.
Lead the full sales cycle from proposal preparation through site visits, terms negotiation, and contract finalization tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
Coordinate booking details including room requirements, catering, and meeting space, ensuring accurate entry of account and reservation information into the hotel's sales management system.
Provide leadership and development support to the sales team, monitoring performance, delivering coaching, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
