Job Description

US Express Carriers seeks a Transportation and Logistics Business Development Agent to grow refrigerated, dry, and hazmat freight in truck transportation.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for refrigerated, dry, or hazmat trucking services
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships across the freight portfolio
Perform market research to spot trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets
Lead contract negotiations and formalize agreements with clients
Track interactions and progress using CRM software
Design and implement strategic growth plans to expand the business

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of transportation business development experience
