Salary: USD 65,958 - 79,433 per year
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within agriculture, enterprise, public safety, energy, surveying, and related markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, trade shows, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate opportunity forecasts.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and strategic partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and support dealer partners to extend Volitant's market reach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding operational needs and recommending drone solutions.
- Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
- Identify partnership opportunities that support company growth and market expansion.
- Negotiate agreements aligned with Volitant's strategic goals and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, industry organizations, and key stakeholders to strengthen market position.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Represent Volitant Technologies at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and training programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline performance, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership regarding market opportunities and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales and growth targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers at all organizational levels.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities and customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, demonstrations, and trade shows.
