Job Description

Based in DeLand, FL, Alliance Mobile seeks a bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

Drive store profits and hit sales targets with strategic leadership
Coach and develop the sales team to achieve high performance
Recruit, hire, and onboard employees, including difficult decisions
Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching
Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
Partner with trainers to onboard new hires
Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and ensure the same from the team
Maintain clear communication within the Alliance Mobile community
Commit to a 45-50 hour workweek including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience leading teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
Comfort with technology including computers and wireless devices
