Business Development Manager – Dental Partnerships (Field-Based)
Job Description
Indio Surgery Center is seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand its dental referral network across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. This onsite role emphasizes owning a territory, building durable relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, office managers, and clinical teams, and forging partnerships that support surgical services. The position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Expand surgical referrals by deepening collaborations with current dental practice partners
- Identify, develop, and onboard new dental office partnerships
- Conduct in-person office visits, deliver presentations, and perform educational outreach
- Cultivate strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, office managers, and clinical teams
- Launch targeted outreach campaigns to create new partnership opportunities
- Maintain precise pipeline activity and referral tracking in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to enhance the regional brand presence
- Represent Indio Surgery Center professionally within the healthcare community
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B field sales, healthcare business development, or medical/dental industry experience
- Proven track record of relationship-building and driving new business growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a territory independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Residence in or near Riverside or San Bernardino County
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory
