Sales Manager — Home Security (D2D)
Job Description
Alarm Guard Security is seeking a results-driven sales leader to build and guide a field-based team dedicated to home security installations in the Atlanta region. This contract, 1099 opportunity combines hands-on selling with squad development, offering a path to ownership of a full-service dealership and the potential for a six-figure personal income as your team performs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit your own team of sales representatives and assemble the roster.
- Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations and performance across the team.
- Drive home security sales and installations by actively selling while guiding others.
- Monitor and oversee 100% of your team’s production every month.
- Develop reps and coach them to deliver results.
- Utilize CRM, recruiting funnels, and ADT's Learning Platform to train and manage the team.
- Hold daily huddles to align the team and communicate goals.
Requirements
- D2D or direct sales experience in security, solar, pest control, roofing, or telecom.
- Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
- Ability to recruit effectively.
- Ability to conduct daily huddles.
- Willingness to operate in a 1099, performance-based role with no provided salary or leads.
